Danfoss is hiring an Operator III 3rd Shift in our Van Wert, OH facility. An Operator III safely and efficiently perform manual labor during the production process of products. Operate and troubleshoot two production machines, setting up and running two machines, retrieving own material and doing your own material transactions. Perform minor repairs as necessary. Actively support and strive to meet the strategic goals set by the facility and Danfoss.Robotic machines. SMT Robotic Benders and Auto Crimpers. Complex troubleshooting is a daily expectation of this position.

*New Hires may be required to train on 1st Shift which may take several weeks depending on the position and how quickly someone can meet the Individual Training Standards before being permanently assigned FT to this shift.
