  • Product Manager

    (Hybrid, working from our Schaumburg, IL, USA site)

    As a TEAMMATE:

    The Product Manager is responsible for effective global and multiple product line management. You could expect to participate in cross-functional product management projects involving team members from R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Clinical Affairs, driving full product lifecycle management activities. These teams may evaluate and address new product ideas, product development, product improvement, maintenance, and product labeling issues.

    What you'll get to do in this role:

    • Develop and implement strategic market plans for assigned products.
    • Lead the cross-functional teams for successful execution of day-to-day operational and full lifecycle management responsibilities of the assigned product lines
    • Ensure successful project completion
    • Work with Clinical personnel to support clinical studies and data presentation.
    • Interface with academic luminaries and clinicians to conduct market research, supply clinical information on product issues, and establish product endorsement.
    • Regularly monitor and evaluate the voice-of-the-customer in order to establish and write user requirements, product definitions, post-market surveillance and clinical evaluation reports as appropriate
    • Travel level: up to 20% travel, domestic and international

    What we are looking for:

    • A minimum of a 4-year college degree
    • Minimum five years of clinical, marketing, or engineering experience or three years of pertinent product management experience in a public mid-sized company is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • Experience work in a commercial medical device/product field-i.e. a highly regulated environment
    • Successful experience leading cross-functional product teams and launching global products
    • Familiarity with relevant ISO and FDA regulations and standards is a plus
    • Experience and knowledge in audiology, hearing screening, and assessment market and technologies is a plus
