Capitol Bridge Health Services invites a seasoned and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Bogalusa, LA. In this key role, you will be instrumental in elevating and enriching the employee experience, playing a vital part in our organization's sustained growth and success. As a senior member of our HR team, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources, your expertise and guidance will be central to the effectiveness and evolution of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership:
    • Devise and execute HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.
    • Advise senior leadership on HR matters, integrating them into the broader business strategy.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of HRBPs and HR professionals, providing performance feedback and fostering professional growth.
    • Manage HRBP department operations, including task and project delegation.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational structure and effectiveness.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
    • Collaborate with HRBPs in managing the talent lifecycle from recruitment to retention.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Guide employee relations to maintain a positive work environment and high morale.
    • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and recognition.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead HR aspects of change management, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure adherence to legal standards in HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage compliance-related HR initiatives.
  • Budget and Training Support:
    • Assist in budget planning and management.
    • Contribute to training programs and other HR projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum five years of HR generalist experience, with expertise in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Change Management, Performance Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations with discretion, integrity, and fairness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, organized approach to business and HR challenges.
  • Extensive experience in fostering a cooperative, team-oriented, and open communication culture.
  • Proactive in anticipating business needs and managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Adaptable to new systems, emphasizing efficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and task completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Two or more years in a supervisory role.
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in a contact center environment.
